In this Marriott Envoy (Cleveland) there was a small coffee maker with coffee pods, sugar and powdered creamer in the room. Considering the total room cost...

“Clean”

“The room was clean and the cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. Customer service was definitely not a priority and I was made to feel like an inconvenience when I asked for a copy of my invoice. If I ever visit the Cleveland area again, I will not be staying at this hotel.”

“This place was beautiful. Lobby amazing, bar was nice, right next to the ballpark (go Guards), and easy access to public transit. Highly recommend. Great value too!”

“Beautiful hotel! Small problem with check-in that the staff handled well once brought up. Only Downside is the pool room air was "sauna like" which made it tough to sit and watch the kids. Had to sit by the entrance door with it open. 2 other parents joined us as they thought it was unbearable too.”
