“Clean room nicely appointed. Quaint bar with wood fire and good selection of drinks including local ales. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was cereals and breakfast sandwiches (bacon, eggs etc) .
Would stay again if in that area.”

“Terrible experience!!
We stayed 2 nights..... it was so damn hot in the room.... no A/C (as indicated) and.... NO FAN! We could hardly sleep... The window could be opened just a little.... so we had a very bad night. Rooms on the upper floor get really HOT in Summer.”

“Arrived and checked in quickly. Efficient young chap did all the preliminaries and we headed to our room. Room was in the main building at the front. Large room with plenty of wall lights and lamps as well as spot lights. Lovely sized room and bathroom. Plenty of boiling hot water as soon as the tap was turned. Beds were clean and very comfy. Room had everything we needed including a kettle which we didn’t expect. A selection of mismatched furniture but adequate for the room.
