The house spans two floors connected by a charming stone staircase—a perfect layout for families or close friends. Each of the two air-conditioned floors functions as its own private oasis of comfort, featuring a comfortable double bed, a private, well-maintained bathroom, a practical kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator), and a large dining table with 4 chairs for cozy meals together indoors. The absolute highlight is the two private balconies: Each offers a breathtaking view of the blue sea, the majestic mountains, the olive groves, and the forest—simply ideal for morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. A free private parking space under constant video surveillance is located directly in front of the house.

Our location offers the perfect balance of absolute tranquility and quick access to the sea. The lively center of Baška Voda and the beautiful main beach are just an 8- to 10-minute walk (approx. 750 meters) away [local].
