“Amazing place to stay while visiting friends and family. Our studio suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable (the bedding was so soft!). The pool area was refreshing and clean, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of parking and easy access to all points of travel in town.”

“Fan in the room kept us up all night making noise like it needed to be repaired. The "breakfast" was not a breakfast at all! Simply a cellophane wrapped tiny muffin and coffee.”

“Rooms were very run down and many items broken or in poor condition like couches, lights and mini refrigerators. Also the beds very springy. Breakfast was good some days but sparse. The room cleaning would only occur if you requested 24 hours in advance but this was not shared during check in. If you stay near the pool the whole area has very strong chlorine smell. And there is a lot of carpet throughout the faciliy and rooms that is dated.”

“On booking a twin King bed room for 5 adults it was listed as having a rollaway bed available for the 5th adult. Upon arrival they said they could not do that. Front desk then offered extra pillows and blankets and gave us a breakfast credit for all of us - then charged us breakfast. Avoid this place.”

“Excellent rom suites. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, mini stove, real dishes and utensils. Breakfast buffet was very good and continuously serviced. Only downside was renovation preventing easy access to rooms and no cable TV”

“Close to highway. Clean and well maintained. Our Deluxe King room was on the 4th floor (road side). The bathroom had a European shower that took a bit to figure out before coffee, but easy enough once that hurdle cleared - choice of handheld shower, rainfall, wall nozzles. The bathroom is Bluetooth enabled for your own music. There’s a heated toilet seat and bidet too. One odd thing is that the clothes closet is in the bathroom. “Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brighton was a very clean hotel. Great rooms with comfortable beds and personal care amenities. The staff was professional and friendly. They took great care with their guests' breakfast choices, kept the seating area well cleaned during transition of guests. Omar, specifically was focused on his role and care to guests each morning. Thank you - we would definitely visit again!”

Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno.
