“Clean room, comfy beds, smaller cover pool but had it to ourselves. There were ganes you could use downstairs along with a pool table. I wish breakfast had been included otherwise, great stay.”

“The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. “The staff was great. The lady who checked us in was excellent!! The reason for the 3 star is - there is an OBVIOUS management issue.”

“My wife and I arrived at around 2 am Saturday to find out that the air conditioning did not work; thermostat did not work and the phone in the room did not work either. I was too tired to walk to front desk. Told them about it in the morning when we went to breakfast and It was fixed however it was too late my the time because we were scheduled to check out in a couple of hours.”

“Staff was great. Pool was inside and not well maintained. There is only snacky foods to take back to your room (did not have the breakfast). Room was comfortable. You know good for business trip but nothing more. Very much like a Hampton Inn.”
