"La stanza nella norma forse un po’ più di cura non avrebbe guastato. La colazione abbastanza piacevole anche se forse un po’ più di cortesia da parte del personale mi sarebbe piaciuta. In reception ci siamo trovati molto bene. Mr. Hassan che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo si è dimostrato molto competente e veramente molto gentile e sorridente. Stessa cosa per i Signori al bar. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente in partenza e sempre Mr. Hassan ci ha aiutati a risolvere. Nel complesso torneremo nel Vs. Hotel la prossima volta. Grazie. Anna Palmas. Italia"
