“I had a great stay. The location is perfect, the room was lovely, and the rooftop bar was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!”
“The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was immaculate, bending over backwards to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast variety was excellent with western and Chinese cuisine. It’s a little far from the downtown river walk, however if you look for peace and quiet, this is a wonderful place for you to relax and unwind. Well recommended from a traveler from Dallas, TX.”
“The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader.
The man directing traffic was very nice.
