Only a 10-minute drive from the city center, this traditional detached house is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends, between the sea and the mountains.

With a surface area of 85 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. You will find two comfortable bedrooms (one of which has a sea view), a bright living room with a sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals with ease. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and modern equipment complete the set for a stress-free stay.

Outside, enjoy a magnificent south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the sea, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or sharing a barbecue at the end of the day in a friendly atmosphere.

Ideally located, the house offers quick access to the beaches (10 minutes), Saint-Florent (20 minutes), as well as shops, bakeries and essential services nearby. A closed and secure parking lot is also at your disposal.

For your comfort, household linen is provided. Please note that parties are not allowed, pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside (an outdoor area is provided).
