This studio apartment was a lovely place to come back to each night of our vacation! My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights to enjoy some of the sights and attractions in the Shenandoah Valley area - hiking, caverns, and cideries, to name a few. Everything is a little spread out in this area, so expect a bit of a drive to go anywhere. I also recommend planning meals in advance to some extent. There is a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, so prepping for breakfast was easy enough; our troubles came from being so far from most restaurants, which likely had modified hours during the winter and weren't open at very convenient times for us.
Other than taking location into account, our stay couldn't have been better! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The dining/sunroom area is wonderful, and I enjoyed my time reading in that room each morning before we went out. The host placed a lot of nice little touches that really added to our comfort and enjoyment, such as having some board games available for evenings when we decided to have an earlier night. (Also, random, but the water pressure here is INCREDIBLE! 10/10 for the shower alone!)
Just keep in mind that this space is within someone's home, in case that makes a difference to you. There is a separate entrance and whatnot, so there weren't any issues of privacy or disturbing one another.
