Thank you for your kind review. Just to let you know for a possible future stay that here is a small kitchen sink down the hall that is also for guests to use. Basically, all of the downstairs is open for guests to use, even the extra TV room which is also down the hall. The pictured areas shown on VRBO are totally private. So, your door is locked on your side but you can have access the hallway area. The water is from the Shenandoah water utility company and serves all of the Bryce Resort community. Never had any comments on that. Interesting. Glad all of the amenities were to your liking and you liked the bed. It is a top of the line Sterns and Foster.

Glad you enjoyed the quiet and natural setting. I would like to clarify a few things. First, the accommodation does have central air and heat. The vents are in the ceiling of all of the rooms on the first level where you were staying. The large central air system that controls the temperature for the whole house is outside the window in back of the love seat containing the twin sofa bed in your bedroom. I also provide an additional combination heat/AC system to allow guests to adjust the temperature in the area they are staying if desired. The sunroom does have baseboard heat and a ceiling fan. The walk-in closet has been reorganized to accommodate hanging more clothes in addition to the extra pillows and blankets.
