“Didn't receive check in instructions until 15 minutes prior to arrival (had asked for them well beforehand). Upon arrival the home was still being cleaned and continued well after our arrival - with just adequate results. The Sauna was not operative throughout our stay. “I had a problem with the internet. I brought my Dell laptop and could not access the internet. I was on with a tech support person for some time without any resolution. This is my only complaint about my stay. Maybe something with my laptop or my Norton 360 security was the issue, but it has worked fine elsewhere.”

“I’ve stayed here before, but this time will be my last. My room was clean, nice staff, but gaps around the door I didn’t really feel as secure as I wanted to feel. Each morning I found beetles crawling on the floor and in the bathroom. Good thing they don’t scare me n I can flush them but it’s not acceptable to me to have to worry about them.”
