“Didn't receive check in instructions until 15 minutes prior to arrival (had asked for them well beforehand). Upon arrival the home was still being cleaned and continued well after our arrival - with just adequate results. The Sauna was not operative throughout our stay. The pool was not used, as it was not heated. “If you head into the garage from the back side you need to go up a couple levels to check in. Not a lot of signage to help you figure it out c other than that, awesome staff, location and room.”
