“This hotel was fantastic. Parking was easy, the staff were friendly, the room was spotless and they had gluten free options for breakfast. The gluten free options actually made it perfect!”

“This is a 2 star hotel not a 3. Everything from the breakfast, fitness room, bed linens, TV, Coffee maker, shower, are barely acceptable. I will say the upside is the rooms are spacious and clean. For the price I paid I felt the value wasn't there.”

Not 100% sure it is part of the hotel. Will review the restaurant separately. Very convenient underground parking.”

“Expedia customers rarely get main-floor rooms. Not surprisingly, my room was on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and asked for a main floor room as there is no elevator. That request was declined. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. That was declined.”

“While we did like the location, the cabin we stayed in needed a good cleaning. we never realized until we went to bed that the sheets hadn’t been changed. The office was closed so we just used our sleeping bags as we have them along with us. I wanted to talk with the front desk person when we left but the office was closed again, so never got a chance to. We have stayed in many motels on our cross Canada trip. The price for the night was about $50 more than we’ve paid for much nicer...

“Dirty unclean, no blankets. Unresponsive staff for heating. Luckily I was moving and had a small heater in the car. Busy body staff don't want to get out of the office and his bedroom behind front desk.”
