Camera pulita e bagno nuovo, tutto sommato buona esperienza, staff disponibile e gentile. Purtroppo la mancanza di aria condizionata in alcuni momenti della giornata rendevano la stanza molto calda. Non sono stati un problema per me ma sicuramente per altri utenti 4 piani di scale senza ascensore potrebbero rappresentare un problema

The hotel Is a very basic but clean and comfortable place to stay in central London. The twin room we had was not particularly big but it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay including milk,coffee and tea and was cleaned every day. It could do with being refurbished but we were not looking for anything special - we just wanted an inexpensive place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood and this hotel fully met our needs.

"The room was not ready when we arrived and we where told to grab a drink and wait but after an hour I had to go back to reception to ask again about if my room was ready .
