Step into your private Camden Crescent apartment through its own entrance and into a spacious hallway. Leading from the hallway is a generous open-plan living area. The well-appointed kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker - perfect for preparing your morning coffee. Relax in the living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats up to four guests. The hallway leads to the bedroom, featuring a super king-size bed with a premium mattress and triple wardrobe. A characterful bathroom with WC, sink and walk in shower can be accessed from the bedroom and the hallway. Outside, a charming bench awaits, ideal for enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine.



The apartment constitutes the entire basement of a late C18th Town House in the old kitchen and servants' hall. The historic features have been preserved including the original servants' bells.



A private off street parking space can be booked separately by using the Just Park app and searching 'Camden Row'.

Guests have private access to all parts of the apartment and private access through a front door that is used only for this apartment.

Getting Around:

Everything is within easy reach on foot. There is an excellent bus service in the centre of the city if you prefer to catch a bus up the hill. The train station is a 15 minute walk away from the apartment with train services to London, the coast and The Midlands.



Other Things to Note:

This property is unsuitable for guests who have limited mobility due to the stairs to the entrance.
