In this stay service went beyond normal service standards: we had a flat tire from lodged metal piece obtained from prior evening drive in North Canton area. A hotel maintenance man helped us get the ultra tight lug nuts off with a longer improvised lug wrench, saved us time, worry, and money.”

"Ottima la stanza con cucina, frigo mastodontico e piastra a induzione, ma senza nessun attrezzo di cucina, mancava l'asciugacapelli. Considerando il costo, la colazione era vergognosa. Nessun piatto, solo qualche snakes e degli yogurts. Non previsti: fette di pane, granola, latte fresco, confettura, burro, formaggio, frutta e succo di frutta. "
