The studio features a luxurious super-king zip-and-link bed, which is set up as a super-king as standard, together with a fold-out sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 3 guests.

The living area includes a TV and complimentary WiFi.

The kitchenette is designed for preparing breakfasts and light meals only. It includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils.

The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC, sink and mirror.

Underfloor heating runs throughout the apartment for added comfort.

Basement Apartment
* This is a basement studio apartment beneath a family home.
* Access is via 10 external steps leading down to the private entrance.
If you prefer above-ground accommodation or have mobility concerns, this property may not be suitable.

Bed Configuration
* The main bed is always prepared as one super-king bed.
* If you require two single beds, this must be requested before arrival. We cannot guarantee changes once your stay has begun.

Sofa Bed
* The sofa bed is only made up automatically for bookings of 3 guests.
* For bookings of 1 or 2 guests, the sofa bed is not prepared unless requested in advance, and an additional bedding charge applies.

Kitchen Facilities
* This property has a compact kitchenette, NOT a full kitchen.
* There is no hob/stove or oven.
