“We were told by front desk that we had to pay $14 for parking. "The bad news is, there isn't really another option." The parking that we had to pay for was far away, (I am in great shape and can do pull ups and it was a bit much for me with my bags) and we had to travel up and down a flight of steps with our suitcases. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.”

“They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid.”
