“Wonderful staff”

“This is a truly beautiful resort! The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. The way the management and staff handled the entire situation was exceptionally professional in every respect. We felt very well cared for and highly recommend this hotel.”

“Fint værelse. Dog er billederne fra deres fineste værelse og det er ikke det man skal forvente. God rengøring - som dog kom ind og gjorde rent selvom man havde “do not disturb” til. Lidt vanskelig kommunikation med receptionen som ønskede at vi kommunikerede over WhatsApp. ”

“Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. ”

“This is the best value for your money, hands down. Immediately when you arrive you’re taken care of and greeted with a warm welcome. The rooms are better than they looked in the pictures. They provide laundry services and anything you need is very close by.”
