Di recente ho aggiunto questa splendida casa alle mie case in affitto disponibili per l'affitto, quindi non ho ancora recensioni, ma siete i benvenuti a dare un'occhiata alle mie altre recensioni per vedere come ospito tutte le mie proprietà. Questa imponente casa per animatori è la soluzione perfetta per la famiglia. Questa casa offre abbastanza spazio e comfort per impressionare il gusto più discriminante. Offrendo una posizione fantastica e un quartiere sicuro comodo per lo shopping e 5 minuti dall'autostrada 12. Adagiato a soli 20 minuti dal centro di Baton Rouge e 25 minuti dal campus LSU fornendo un facile accesso ad alcune delle destinazioni più ambite. La camera da letto principale è enorme e comprende l'intero secondo piano con un bagno che è come andare in una spa. L'armadio principale ha le dimensioni di una normale camera da letto. Le 2 camere da letto al piano inferiore condividono un bagno di dimensioni standard. Un altro mezzo bagno al largo della tana è comodo per i vostri ospiti nell'ampia zona giorno. L'ufficio è istituito per fare affari fuori se hai bisogno di fare un po 'di lavoro mentre sei fuori casa. La sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 8 persone. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto fantastico per il tuo equipaggio. Con due frigoriferi e un fabbricatore di ghiaccio incorporato, la cucina offre un'ottima piattaforma per ospitare il tuo equipaggio di ospiti. Il vialetto è abbastanza grande per parcheggiare circa 8 auto. Siamo anche gli animali domestici con un ampio cortile recintato per consentire al tuo amico a quattro zampe di esplorare i dintorni. La Casa Bianca può ospitare comodamente 6 persone con il letto matrimoniale king size e le 2 camere da letto al piano inferiore dispongono ciascuna di un letto full size.

This is a beautiful home close to the interstate. This home is near restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and lots of shopping. Host was very prompt with responding to messages. He was very nice and respectful while my family dealt with a tragedy.

My family (myself, husband and 3 boys 6-16) stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament. Location was central to most everywhere they played and the overall space was good for us to spread out. Neighborhood felt safe. House is definitely outdated and needs some TLC which I think is accurate based on the pictures, but it was dirty. Spiderwebs/spiders everywhere, ants in the guest bath, hairs, carpet was very stained in bedrooms, etc. We had an issue with the AC going out one day upstairs in the master, and the ADT security system fire alarm went off at 4:30 am one morning. Both not the owners fault and he was extremely responsive, but both issues we had to deal with. Also would not bring small dog as there are big holes in the fence that lead out to a busy road. Lastly, apparently this is only able to be booked for 5 nights minimum. It’s not stated in the listing anywhere, and we didn’t get our baseball schedule until the week before we came and didn’t end up needing that additional 5th night. Owner ultimately refunded us after initially telling me no, but I would not book if you think you might end up staying less than 5 nights. Just thought that might be helpful to someone to know in a review since it is not in the listing.

The house was very roomy, true to the pictures and property manager was excellent and quick to respond to questions. Location was nice. Neighborhood was quiet. Had a restful time. Highly recommend.

Poor, poor cleanliness

This house has a lot of potential. It has a lot of space both inside and out, however, it was very dirty and not maintained very well. There were cob webs and dust all over, bathrooms were not cleaned well, there was a large hair ball left in the drain of one of the showers and stains on all of the bath mats and most of the carpets and rugs. We also found a lot of lights didn't work through out the house. The kitchen wasn't very clean. The back patio was dusty and covered in cob webs. The ice maker in the kitchen stopped working on our first day and the AC in the upstairs bedroom stopped working as well, although it did start working after we turned it off and let is sit for 2 days. Overall, for the price we paid, we were very disappointed with the conditions of the house. The home owner / host really needs to invest in a very deep clean of the entire property, replace old stained carpet and make sure everything is running properly.

LSU Football Weekend

Unique home that served as a great launching point for a weekend get together around an LSU FB game weekend. Home is in a nice location with a grocery store not even 1 block away. Easy access to university and highways. Beds were comfortable. Loved the quirky dual staircases. Had the biggest master bedroom suite I’ve seen.

Outstanding accomodations

My second time as a guest in the host's spacious, beautiful house. A huge plus was the fact that the host was quick to respond to questions and needs. His hospitality has been very much appreciated.

I loved the house, location, and size! I felt pretty safe! Had an issue with a lock and the host sent someone right away to take care of it! There were a few things I wasn’t happy about! I will discuss with the host and I’m sure he will take care of it! I would definitely stay again! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your home and for allowing my pet to come along!

Grand Spacious Home in Convenient Location

This is not your average rental property. The space is palatial. You will feel like Scarlet O’Hara descending the grand staircase in the foyer. Most importantly the house has everything you need to be comfortable. We had local friends visit us there. There is plenty of room for a gathering inside and on the patio if desired. All the kitchen basics are at the ready, as are plenty of towels, and comfortable furniture. The check-in/out procedure was simple and direct, not overly fussy. The home is located very close to shopping and fantastic restaurants at every price point. Try the City Cafe right around the corner. We went downtown several times and found the commute to be reasonably easy. As a bonus, our little dog was permitted to come. He loved having plenty of room to frolic. The backyard is fenced but be aware a small dog could escape if he’s the sneaky sort. The owner is 100% hands-on. He answered my queries immediately and politely. In a moment of ridiculous oversight on my part, I left behind a suitcase of essentials. We were nearing home when the owner texted to let me know I left it and then volunteered to mail it to me. I’m profoundly grateful. My only regret is that I couldn’t take the ultilty room and upstairs dressing room home with me. Such nice features.

Loved our stay in Baton Rouge

We completely enjoyed our stay at David's house. Was well furnished and we felt right at home. We had never been to Louisiana and were keen on visiting and exploring. We used the house as our base to explore. We visited several plantations, LSU's campus as well as downtown Baton Rouge. Great location for this home to branch out and explore. Thanks David for opening your house to us!

Communicative and kind host. Great location and space

David hosted us for almost a month while we waited to close on our house, and also through Hurricane Ida. He was easy to get in touch with, understanding and willing to help when needed. The space was more than enough to meet our needs and made us feel at home in Baton Rouge before we had a home. Convenient location, great backyard and plenty of space!!

Sweet Jesus

From the moment we entered, we immediately felt at home. Only thing missing was the pool. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The owner's retreat, upstairs, is VERRRRY spacious. Would love to return during the winter months to cozy up to the fireplace. Would I stay here again? DEFINITELY!! Never once did we have to worry about our safety as the neighborhood is quite lovely. Location is very convenient to shopping, retail, and lot's of restaurants,
