Any rules not adhered to will be reported to VRBO and will be considered grounds for ending of your reservation immediately

Following were agreed to before booking
-Not suitable for children (under 6 years)
-Pets not allowed
-smoking not allowed
-parties and events not allowed- $500 fee if in violation

-No children under the age of 6. Home is not child-proofed. Children need to be old enough to not need cabinet locks, stair gates, etc.

-No third party reservations-No booking on behalf of another person. Must present ID upon arrival. Please make sure your profile has a picture, verified phone number and email address and a copy of government issued ID

-The reservation must list the number of people and ages who will be sleeping in the house. No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the house. Must disclose the name and age of each guest. There will be $100 fee per extra guest. Your stay may be subject to cancellation.

-Quiet time 10 PM to 9 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors

-No loud music. -It shall be unlawful to allow any noise which emanates from any building,… which is plainly audible at a distance of 150 feet…

-No smoking or vaping inside the house. $500 fee if found in violation

-No fireworks. No open flame candle burning inside the house

-No Pets!! $500 pet fee if in violation

-No self check in. Guest must present ID upon arrival

-Please let us know if anything can be done to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable
