Questa è 1 di 3 fantastiche case vacanze nell'edificio. Non ho molte recensioni su VRBO ma molte recensioni meravigliose su altri siti.

Questa unità si trova in una delle migliori posizioni in città, sulla rampa per il Mississippi River Bridge, a 1 isolato dal parcheggio sul retro. Si trova a 1-3 isolati di distanza da attrazioni, ristoranti e bar, ma in un piccolo complesso tranquillo per la vostra pace. LSU e accesso da uno stato all'altro per viaggiare velocemente ovunque in città.

Riguarda gli EXTRA. Abbiamo bei materassi, cuscini e lenzuola di alta qualità per il tuo comfort. Il bagno ha un doppio soffione SPA e tenuto in mano con più impostazioni a scelta. Gli asciugamani sono di alta qualità di prestigio. Infine, ora forniamo sapone, shampoo e balsamo di qualità Matrix Salon realizzati esclusivamente per Wyndham.
Ma ce l'abbiamo !! Il nostro obiettivo è cercare di fornire le cose di cui hai bisogno e forse non sapevi di averne bisogno.

Abbiamo un ampio parcheggio gratuito riservato per tutti gli ospiti.

L'unità è meravigliosamente decorata con un sacco di carattere. I letti sono eleganti con nuove lenzuola e cuscini di alta qualità per un sonno tranquillo. La cucina è completa di forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e piano cottura liscio.

C'è un cortile comune nel mezzo del complesso per rilassarsi.

Forniamo un assaggio meraviglioso della Louisiana fornendo la miscela di caffè arrosto scuro Signature Signature per iniziare le mattine.

Great location to downtown

I had a bit of difficulty with the check-in process. The check-in message I received through VRBO listed the unit number and lockbox code. Upon arrival I discovered the lockbox did not have a key in it. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with the property manager and found out that I was not in the unit noted in the VRBO message. Once the property manager informed me of the correct unit everything went smooth from there. I had to ask the property manager a question and received an immediate response. Don't let your initial sight fool you, the unit I stayed in was clean, decorated with modern fixtures and is within walking distance to most thing downtown.

The property was in a convenient location for us. The deadbolt was broken so we only had the door lock. The apartment looked like it had been vacuumed but there was dust on all the furniture and it needed a good deep cleaning. The only shampoo and conditioners were what other guests had left. Not what was advertised. The owner was great with responding and communicating.

Great quiet place

It was nice. Much more spacious then I thought. The internet did not work after the first day but it was raining really bad so I’m sure it was the weather. Everything is within 10 min drive. Even Walmart. It was quiet and I felt safe. I would definitely go back!

Convenient to downtown

We rented this unit for the weekend. We were new to town and visiting for my daughters volleyball tournament. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Raising Canes River Center. Property manager was friendly and communicated well with us before and after our stay. The unit itself is older, but well maintained and very reasonably priced. Courtyard area was a nice place to sit and relax in the evenings. If we ever come back to Baton Rouge we would definitely book again. Also, we discovered a local restaurant for bbq and seafood that we absolutely loved. Pit-n-Peel and it’s less than 10 minutes from the rental. Excellent food and service. Do yourself a favor and check it out! Thanks again Paul for opening your rental to our family.

First time in Baton Rouge!

We booked this to be close to LSU for a game and it did not disappoint! The unit was just as advertised and plenty of space for us. Paul was easily accessible if needed and made the check-in and parking super easy!

The apartment was pretty nice on the inside, the area it was located in was alright, but it was quite convenient to downtown spots and around 5min from campus. Overall not a bad place at all. Would definitely visit again

Marathon weekend

Great place! Courtyard was so relaxing pre and post Louisiana Marathon! Easy to walk to downtown area for restaurant and grocery. Close to USS Kidd and LSU too.

Great place to stay, excellent location

Paul makes it very easy and casual to stay at this place. Close to everything downtown including museums and great restaurants (too many to try in four days). Do yourself a favor and go to the Jolie Pearl and don't be fooled by the bar-like appearance. Get the shrimp po boy fully dressed (of course); you can thank me later. There was a minor issue with a few others staying at the condos a bit verbally abusive after the game in which LSU literally destroyed my school. But that was out of the control of the property owner. I thought people that smoke pot got mellow but this guy was aggressive verbally. Bad winner, I guess. Everyone else around the property and in the city couldn't have been more gracious and kind. Southern hospitality, for sure. Overall I would stay again, no question.

I get it. Downtown Baton Rouge is fun and always seems to have something going on..especially around some great LSU football games! This place was...just like the owner said...very convenient to downtown. I had no idea what type neighborhood we were in, but one of the tenants in the building....now these are his words, not mine...told me that “even though there are a few homeless people hanging around the street, it’s a great place.”. Personally, even though I did see a few, it was NO big deal, and we felt totally safe. His place isn’t exactly new, and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s clean and fairly comfortable. But the place needs some TLC. We had an unfortunate big water leak in the kitchen ceiling which pretty much blocked our access Friday night to the refrigerator & half the kitchen. And the kitchen water faucet leaked badly, but we didn’t discover that until it soaked us. No...it wasn’t the end of the world..to us, anyway..and even though he was apologetic, I would’ve thought the owner should have offered us some small refund for our inconvenience. After all, we had to mop the place up and keep an eye on the water buckets and ceiling for him. After coming over Friday night to check on it, he never mentioned it again, which surprised me because his communication after our reservation & prior to our arrival was great. One thing he hit the nail on the head concerned the bus transport to the LSU stadium. The pickup spot was about a block down the street, at a great little hole-in-the-wall bar/restaurant. Very much appreciated this place & it’s service before and after the game. Really, even though my team came and got whooped by a very good LSU team, we had a good game experience with all the unexpectedly gracious Tiger fans we met!

Super great location, walking distance to everything, great price. Awesome place! Quiet, homey and the owner was SUPER helpful and friendly with things to do, location, and events that were occurring while I was in town! If I ever come back to Baton Rouge, this location will be the FIRST I try and book! Extremely happy. Great stay :) <3

Paul, the owner, was extremely helpful. He suggested places to eat and the best way to get to the football stadium. I will definitely stay there again.
