Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms, each tailored for both comfort and flexibility:
- The master suite features 2 full beds and private bath.
- 2nd bedroom includes a full bed.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 have one full bed and one comfy twin bed, great for guests of all ages.
- 3rd upstairs bathroom with two sinks, and another downstairs half bath.

Located just 5 minutes from LSU, the house is right on the LSU bus route for easy campus access and is walking distance to several popular restaurants and cafés—making it a perfect spot for foodies, students, or parents visiting town.

* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house- $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* NO PETS ALLOWED- $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property.
* PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways or streetside parking. (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.

Great house perfect location

The house was well equipped for our stay. It was less than 5 minutes from LSU and in a great neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.

Great

Everything was great. Great location They were very helpful. The upstairs gets a little hot but I’m sure that has something to do with the temps in the area. Would definitely stay again Great place.

LSU graduation gathering

We had an amazing time celebrating our daughter’s MBA graduation from LSU with many friends and family. This listing was very clean and spacious. Communication with the property management was great. We did not have any issues at all and will be keeping this listing in mind for future visits!!

Great location for USBS bowling tournament or LSC! Clean!

Overall was a great stay, great location for USBS bowling tournament (very close to LSC)The bedrooms are large and well maintained. We arrived to a Thank you note, two bottles of water and 2 cans of soda, with a few Keurig coffee pods. It was clean and spacious! Our only complaint was lack of place to put your clothes - i.e hangers/dressers. Also, cooking was a bit cumbersome, as it lacked a few basic things like kitchen towels and oven mitts. There were exactly enough drinking glasses as well, no more. Only large drinking glasses and coffee cups. No juice glasses. The coffee maker is an off brand Keurig - makes exactly 1 cup at a time, so feel free to bring your own Keurig coffee pods. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. No wash cloths, and exactly enough towels. We would stay again, if we were to come to Baton Rouge! Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

This unit was perfect for the 6 of us that traveled down for the USBC bowling championship. The unit had everything we needed for our stay which was so nice. It is centrally located to everything. Would stay again if we come back.

Great house for big group

Very clean, a lot of space for our large group, had cooking utensils and silverware so we didn't have to eat out for every meal, washer and dryer, two bedrooms had TVs, a very nice space to stay there for a few days.

USBC Open

Very clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Gas station around the corner, many food options close by. The street is a little tight when people park on the street, because they do. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you

This house was spacious, clean, recently updated, and in a central location. There were eight of us in the house and it did not feel crowded at all. I would stay again if I ever travel to Baton Rouge with a group in the future!
