“We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking...

“Bad smell from sewage system in bathroom, reception uncontactable, no place to put your clothes, tips to get water, tea bags, cups, even the man in the gate when you pass by , if you don't no service at all and your holiday is ruined .NEVER AGAIN.”

“i need to speak to someone about refund because i couldn’t stay due to the unsanitary condition the property was in. there were dogs and the owner slept on the property and locked the main floor away from us. i need someone to contact me please”
