Circa 12 bungalows intorno ad una piscina, immersi nel verde. Pregi: tranquillo e rilassante; camere e bagni comodi e puliti. Difetti: un po' distante dal centro e colazione scadente.

L’accueil était pas top, le staff a mis 15 bonnes minutes avant de nous emmener à la chambre. Au début ils voulaient nous faire régler la chambre car ils « ne retrouvaient pas la réservation ». Le petit dej était très très moyen et long à être servi. Nous leur avons demandé la veille s’il était possible qu’ils se renseignent sur les horaires de bus pour Phnom Penh, et au matin ils ne l’avaient pas fait.... Point positif: la literie est agréable, les chambres et SDB propres et nous sommes à l’écart (5 min par tuk-tuk) du centre ville

As I walked in I was struck by how filthy the pool was. You couldn't see the first step it was so mirky. There were no lights around the pool and the reception was a muddle. The receptionist slept on the sofa and was reluctant to help. Breakfast on the first morning took 40 minutes to arrive from somewhere else and was inedible. The place has so much potential but it needs to be cleaner and they need to learn to cook

Joli hotel à battambang

Hôtel très sympathique bien qu un peu éloigné du centre de battambang. Le personnel est très attentionné et delicat. Ils sont toujours prêts à rendre service. Je recommande cet hôtel.

With the pool surrounded by lovely hibiscus trees, the atmosphere is quite nice. Some rooms need more maintenance, my door didn’t lock but they’ve gave me another room, bigger, with a smile. Few things to adjust, if you go, tell them. They are keen to make it right.

Een paar leuke kleine bugalo’s rond een zwembad voor een appel en een ei. Zeer vriendelijk personeel wat je overal mee helpt. Lekker zwembad en het ontbijt geef je van te voren op en is lekker. De bedden zijn wat doorgelegen en de kamers zijn net niet meer helemaal netjes, maar wat verwacht je voor zo’n lage prijs.... Je zit iets verder van het centrum maar er zijn leuke restaurants en kroegen op een paar 100m lopen. Al met al ‘value for money ‘

Very pleasant accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool was delightful and the comfort in the room was satisfactory. The AC, the fan, and the shower’s water heater ,and the WiFi all worked well. TV reception was poor, but we don’t need much TV in our lives. The best part of staying here was the very kind and friendly staff. They very obviously wanted to please. It is a bit distant from town but tuk tuks were readily available. All of the bungalows face on to the pool area. All in all, this is a very pleasant place to stay.

No Wifi, no pool.

This hotel does NOT have Wfi as advertise and does not have a pool as Advertise. The pool have been broke for month, it look like a pond, the only thing missing there are the Coy fish. I did't care much about the pool, but what was really unconfurtable is that I didn''t have Wifi. I don't have any coverage in southeast asia with my phone company so.everything have to be done through wifi. Each time that I needed internet I had to go downtown, wich is 10 minute away, for internet. They said ther fixing it but they did't in my 5 visit stay... :( for.me the internet is an essential. Sorry, specially when you are travelling.

Relax at Phka Villa

I like the Phka Villa. It is a little bit down at heal, but the staff are friendly and efficient the breakfast is good - but if you put bacon on the menu, you really should keep some in stock! The rooms were clean, kept clean and the standard was very high. Each evening the room was presented as it was the first day of my stay. It really felt fresh every day and I was there for two weeks. Never a flaw. There is more that the management could do to make the hotel outstanding, but as it is, it is thoroughly recommended y me. Enjoy your stay.

Un petit coin de paradis

A l’arrivée à l’hôtel nous sommes très gentilment et conduit à notre bungalow dans un nid de verdure entourant la piscine. L’ensemble forme un ensemble très relaxant. Comme si nous étions reçu chez des amis. Et comme dans ce cas, tout n’est pas parfait mais tellement sympathique. Ne vous laissez pas rebuter par le prix qui peut sembler plus élevé que d’autres hôtels comme le Blue L... ou nous avons aussi séjourné, ici tout est inclut, service et petit déjeuner ce qui au final revient au même. Le cadre et la gentillesse en plus!

Relax at Phka Villa

Phka Villa is a lovely, family run hotel not too far from the centre of the city on the eastern side of the Sangker river. Overall the ambience is good and the breakfast is a choice of Khmer food or a western style continental breakfast. If there’s a low point, the bacon - when they have some - is the usual stripy stuff that wouldn’t be considered worthy of the name in Britain. The coffee is excellent and the omelette always light and delicious. There is a nice small swimming pool for the guests which does it’s job well or paddle and swim in or just sit around the outside drinking beer. (The pool would be better if its tiles were a brighter blue, but otherwise fine.) The rooms are good, with an ensuite shower room and a balcony to let you sit in the shade. Please remember, this is Asia, there will be mosquitoes, lizards, geckos and ants. If you can’t cope with these, you’ve come to the wrong continent, it’s not the hotels fault! The Phka Villa is thoroughly recommended for solo visitors or couples and families.

Disappointed

Had been recommended by a friend. Arrived after hellish busride on Bsyon and needed a cold beer and lunch. No restaurant but they do have cold beer. Staff have vrry little English. Gaps around the door to let in bugs. A/C didn't work well. Water ernt off intermittently. No cool place to sit

Éste establecimiento NO ES UN HOTEL

Just arrived yesterday at night. The family who own the place sleeps in the lobby in mattresses on the floor, we found this sight a little distressing since it's not you normal check in experience. I see here you describe rooms are decorated in Khmer style.... My room is an all white room which you have to access through a glass window, the bathroom is old and not taken care of and the door doesn't lock. It really doesn't have any type of courtain but a cloth. Nobody really speaks english and although everybody seems to have the best intentions that's not really what makes up a hotel. If you split the price they charge per room per day in half it would still be overpriced for the quality of lodging you receive. The pictures that you see were taken some years ago when it was just been decorated. We even received racist comments from the owner when giving him backfired which you can see in their reviews in trip advisor.

Flowering trees reflected in the pool

We loved starting the morning with birds, flowers, and breakfast by the pool - and ending it poolside after a busy day. The English-speaking owner very graciously told us about sights and activities in Battambang, and he helped us arrange the activities we selected. An oasis in a busy city.

Friendly, quiet, family run hotel close to town

The hotel has seen better days as the current state is not as good as the publicity photograph, but is was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The family that ran it were very friendly and helpful - nice people. It close to town - 1km - and a quick $2 tuk Tuk ride into the center.

Sehr gut

Vom Bootsanleger( wir kamen per Boot von Siem Reap) wurden wir mit einem Tuktuk vom Hotel aus zuverlässig (inklusive) abgeholt. Im Zimmer lagen Blüten verstreut auf den Betten, Blumenarrangements im (großen) Schlafzimmer und Bad, dann wurden uns gleich auf das Zimmer ein kühler Drink+ Obstteller gebracht, wunderbar nach 8 Std. Bootsfahrt! Der Pool war sauber; das Personal sehr freundlich, es hat alles gepasst.
