“I have spent 3 weeks at this hotel and should say it was an excellent overall experience. Clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Room service daily. Location is superb. 20 meters from the hotel and you enter Batumi gardens and 200 meters walk is the seaside. Central location. All shops and restaurants are conveniently close. Highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a new, modern, clean, and spacious property. Everything was very comfortable and well maintained. The location is perfect — the hotel is right in the city center, and the beach is only about a 7–8 minute walk away. It was very convenient to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. “Everything was great, convenient location, parking, wonderful staff, everyone was friendly, the rooms were cozy, but the bathtub had a crack in the bottom and was covered with adhesive film. Taking a bath was uncomfortable, it felt like you could push your foot through the film and fall in if you didn't pay attention. Everything was just great! I hope you replace the bathtub!”

“The place is nice and as listed. But the host doesn’t respond on time bed cover was the dirtiest ever and it had lots of fresh wet stain. The wifi code never worked The bathroom hose was leaking . I kept contacting the host every day kept saying yes I will finally after 3 days we got the right code for wifi The bathroom leak never fixed. Ours was breakfast included and supposed to be between 8-9 But some days came at 10:30 and one day we never received.”
