“We stayed in this hostel only for a night on our way to Tbilisi to rest however we were super shocked by the fact that they did not provide us blankets... It was really cold outside as you can imagine, I truly cannot understand how come they would not think to provide blankets for the room in December?! It was freezing AC was not helpful that much also the noise was unbearable all night. The room was smelly because of the toilet, I don’t know how to describe the smell, you must be there to...

“This is the second time I’ve stayed with you in the past month. We weren't even greeted pleasantly or with a smile upon arrival. Things only got worse from there. I stayed in room 309. I complained about the lack of water flow in the shower and the fact that the overhead showerhead wasn't working. I asked to switch rooms because the situation was terrible—it was impossible to shower comfortably. I was told there were no available rooms and that a technician would be sent to fix the issue....
