“The facility is OK. Sufficient but a little worn around the edges. The staff are all very nice and try to do their best, but some things were just lacking. No butter or cream cheese for the breakfast breads. Pancake maker did not work. The equipment in the exercise room is meager. The box of tissues in the bathroom was almost empty. Just a lot of little things that did not make the place bad, but did make it less than five-star.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here.
From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. it did not smell clean or fresh at all. The issues continued throughout the room. The shower had a strong, foul smell, similar to a wet dog. The refrigerator was dusty and visibly dirty, and the microwave had not been properly cleaned. Even the “Do Not Disturb” sign was dirty, which speaks volumes about the level of housekeeping.
