“The property was clean and well lite.
My room was clean but my shower/ tub wasn't. (Dried strands of hair on shower wall).
Manager was welcoming, polite, pleasant and helpful. Didn't see or interact with other staff.
Will stay there again.
Convenient location.”

“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

“This is a terrific place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The living area and dining areas are wonderful for the group to gather comfortably. Hot tub and foos ball table, what else would you need for entertainment. The location in Bay City is close to great restaurants too.This was our second stay this year. The host is very responsive too.”

“ The house was terrific for our family. Very clean, nice kitchen and family room for us to gather. Plenty of towels for the length of stay. We stayed during a very cold week in Michigan. The house was very comfortable. I love the large bird house (mansion) in backyard. ”

“If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep this is okay but bring your own cleaning supplies because it is not clean. This place could definitely use a DEEP clean, the carpets look very dirty. Our room was not very clean but supposedly “we arrived early” even though check in time was 2 o’clock when we arrive we were told it was actually 3, they said to give them 15 minutes and our room would be ready.. we sat and watched them and the only thing they did was replace bedding, towels, and...

“My husband booked this motel for us for Valentine's Day. It was $180 for one night for the room with the jetted tub. When we pulled up, it looked a little rough, but we only care about the inside anyway. It was advertised as a queen bed, and it was a full bed. We were only staying for 1 night so we honestly didn't feel like taking time out of our plans to go to the office and complain about any of this, so I will say we did not give them a chance to fix it. ”
