“Great location directly on the beach. Nice pool and beach access. Rooms seem recently updated. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels (beach and bath). Staff was very friendly and responsive. One thing that could improve our stay would be some sort of shower caddy or shelf. There was no spot in the shower for shampoo/soap. Overall a great spot and we would stay again.”

“The room was very clean and nice. The bed very comfortable. Heating and cooling very good. Quiet room and location (Not near a busy road). There's a little grocery store a short walking distance from the hotel. I was able to get some healthy snacks. I thought that the breakfast was very good. I did rather miss complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby as some hotels have this. For some reason the shower leaked out the door, so we had to sop up water after showers. “Location is nice; in a historic city an hour from Orlando, nice view of the Indian river right across the street. The front facade of the building looks beautiful and new, but the rest of the exterior of the hotel looks old and run down. The reception area also looks old and dingy, but luckily the inside of my room looked very fresh, new, and clean, although some areas of the floor did leave our feet dirty. “Di tutti gli hotel prenotati durante la nostra vacanza è l’unico non appartenente a una catena ma anche l’unico con un gran carattere e una forte peculiarità. Si tratta di un piccolo hotel nascosto nel verde dove il tempo sembra quasi essersi fermato.
Le camere sono molto spaziose e arredate in maniera unica. La piscina è incantevole e fermarsi a fare due chiacchiere seduti nel giardino è davvero piacevole.

“This was the CUTEST little property!! Retro and adorable. Very clean. Lots of amenities. Meg was wonderful and so helpful. The office has a laundry area and beach chairs and everything you could need. The beach was a block away and had bathrooms at the entrance. We will definitely be back!”

“I never be book a room in this hotel, the place is dirty and nasty, sorry but I have say it. the first room the toilet it full of S....t I have take a picture and showed the Lobby attendant, the second room nasty, someone vomit and the housekeeping never clean the are, the shower dirty, toilet with nasty thing that I was to do it by my self clean, I can't ven take a shower.
