“The room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect for all we needed to do in the area. The issues we had were the light outside our room was so bright and the room does not have a black out curtain. The room was very bright all night. There is also a doorbell that someone had fun ringing in the middle of the night. We didn't get a very good night of sleep at all. “We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to.”

“The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help.
