“The room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect for all we needed to do in the area. The issues we had were the light outside our room was so bright and the room does not have a black out curtain. The room was very bright all night. “The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help.
As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...
