Troverete le sistemazioni di questa spettacolare casa di essere molto comodo e conveniente. Questo enorme casa si trova a Kismet, a pochi passi dal traghetto. Gli ospiti godono di un comodo accesso alla spiaggia, parco giochi, porto turistico, campi da tennis, ristoranti e locali notturni.

Godetevi la vista dal proprio secondo ponte storia privata o rilassarsi e lounge in uno dei 2 mazzi grandi e confortevoli livello del suolo con grill a gas!

Questa fetta di paradiso di 7 camere da letto ha tutte le campane e i fischietti con 2 bagni completi, aria condizionata, 2 tv a schermo piatto, 2 lavatrici / asciugatrici e una doccia esterna. La cucina cambusa ha un grande frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, frullatore e altre amenità. La grande sala da pranzo e grande soggiorno sono ideali per intrattenere. Ci sono 4 camere da letto al primo piano e 3 camere da letto al secondo piano. Ognuna delle 7 camere da letto hanno un pieno e un letto singolo con l'eccezione di una camera da letto che dispone di 3 letti singoli. La zona den e bar al piano superiore con frigo e lavandino extra è utile pure. I noleggi di gruppo richiedono che tutti gli ospiti abbiano almeno 24 anni.

Ottimo per riunioni di famiglia, matrimoni, addii al nubilato o semplicemente un gruppo di amici. NESSUNA PROMO PER FAVORE!

Perfect for young adults

Greg, the owner, is easy to work with and close by if issues It’s the perfect place for young adults who are looking for lots of comfortable sleeping and space to spread out and hang out It’s no frills and clean and comfortable. Location is perfect My children and their friends want to come back

nice home

everything was fine but having stayed at many other fire island properties we expected bikes to be available and basic spices and things like that in the kitchen. might be nice if you warn people ahead of time just so they are prepared. but everything else was just fine.

Great for large groups

Great spot for a large multi-family group. Good location mid-point between the bay and the ocean, with a nice large outdoor area for hanging out. We gave the kids the upstairs 3 bedrooms, and the adults the downstairs 4 bedrooms, which worked out well. Basic and clean accommodations that worked well for our group.

Everything we hoped for

We had a large reunion after a horrible COVID year and 1/2 of not seeing anyone. The owner was fantastic, and responsive to my communications, and did everything possible to make our stay a great one. He also rents bikes next door which was very convenient. We would absolutely stay again. Very spacious. Upstairs deck and extra kitchen were really helpful with a large group.

The Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal at Kismet was as advertised by Greg. There were plenty of beds and seating for our large group. It is a great location with easy access to both the bay and the ocean. Greg was very responsive to any questions we had or anything we needed (e.g. he quickly brought over a full propane tank for the grill when we needed a refill). He let us borrow his wagon to haul all of our stuff to and from the ferry which was super helpful. Central air worked great. Having a second fridge in the upstairs kitchen space was awesome. There are two stackable washer/dryers that generally worked well except the downstairs dryer was quite squeaky and may need repair. Adding a fence or something to close off the patio would be a big plus for families with young kids. Including some additional kitchen utensils and serving dishes would be a big perk. Other things that could be helpful at the house would be board games, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. Greg was a very responsive, helpful host, and a pleasure to work with.

Great stay for large groups!

We were extremely happy at the Kismet Taj Mahal. The location was great and the size was more than enough for our group of 20+. On top of this, Greg was a great host and was very responsive anytime we needed something. To be fully transparent, I'll warn that the beds are not the comfiest, but overall the accommodations for a group of our size were perfect. Highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Great trip!

We had a great time at this house! We stayed with 24 people for Labor Day weekend. There were enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The outdoor area was great and we got plenty of use of the 2 BBQs. The location was perfect. We were a few blocks from the beach and also a few blocks from the ferry and restaurants. Greg was a great host and was available to help with any questions or issues that came up. We would definitely come stay again!

Perfect location in Kismet that accommodated our large group of four families. The house is a conveniently short walk from the ferry, The Inn and Surfs Out, Margaritavillas wine-bar and the deli on the bay side. It is also a short two block walk to the beach where most of the time is spent. The only walkway with a ramp onto the beach which was great. The house had plenty of room on the inside in addition to the outside with three decks, two BBQs and plenty of tables and seating. The owner is friendly, close-by and accommodating to any needs. One of the BBQ tanks went empty the first night and was replaced first thing the following morning without asking. I would recommend this house and we would definitely return.
