“We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!”

“Prezzo eccessivo per il tipo di struttura. Unica nota positiva la posizione e il fatto che ti mettono a disposizione gratuitamente i teli mare e alcuni lettini posiziaionati sotto le palme. Ulteriori lettini e ombrelloni sono noleggiabili a 10$ l'uni per tutto il soggiorno. Zona circostante abbastanza morta.
Purtroppo il mio volo ha fatto ritardo e ho perso una notte, giustamente non mi è stata rimborsata, ma l'ultimo giorno ho chiesto il check out nel tardo pomeriggio e mi hanno addebitato 10$...

“We booked this hotel because there was supposed to be a shuttle to Bush Gardens. We were told at check in there was no shuttle because it broke down. We asked for compensation and got nothing. We then had to pay for a Lyft each time we went to the park. The restaurant was not open any of the days we were there. The complementary breakfast was fair at most.
