“The property was listed as pet friendly on Expedia, which was the primary reason I booked it. Pets not allowed. Expedia contacted the property manager regarding the discrepancy, and despite my providing screenshots clearly showing the property advertised as pet friendly, the refund request was denied.
This was extremely disappointing customer service, especially given that this was a mid-week, off-season reservation with very low likelihood that the room would have otherwise been occupied. At a...

“Great location and definitely worth staying for the convenience. Being right inside the park saves a lot of time and energy, especially in the morning. The early park entry is a huge advantage - we were able to enjoy several popular rides before the big crowds arrived.
However, there were a couple of downsides.
The blankets were surprisingly thin, which made the room less comfortable at night.
The biggest issue was the check-out process. It took about 25 minutes just to return the room keys....
