“Friendly early check in offered”

“We liked the overall ambiance and the staff was great. Ringside seats for the fire works! It is where we come when we stay in Erie. Things I wish were better: (1) A different procedure so you didn't have to stand in a long line for breakfast. We went out to another restaurant one morning because of that. (2) Our son used the sofa bed in the junior suite, and they brought the barest of linens: 1 pillow and 1 thin blanket (and sheets). I asked for more and got those, but a minimum of 2 pillows...

“You have to start telling people if the pool is broken when they book. It’s so frustrating to book a hotel solely to take your kid to swim & you get there to find it’s broken. Using the pool next door was a nice option, but people should be notified.”

“Wonderful stay here even just for one night for the 4th of July holiday. Very clean room, bed was comfy and the ac worked well. The lady who checked us in was very gracious and quick. The pools were a much appreciated amenity after driving and the breakfast was fantastic!”

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“the direction getting the facility were very vague and hard to understand. There was no sign outside by the hiway to tell you where it was. Was advertised there was breakfast provided. when signing in there was a sign stating that as of a certain date no more breakfast., being served. no Wi-Fi and tv service was bad. I only got one local channel and I had to plug/unplug tv when I was done. Elevator did not work. Overall it was a good place, clean and quiet. It was a place made for sleep and not...
