2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Total of 3 beds, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sofa double bed. Parking for multiple cars. Smart lock with a unique code just for you for easy check in and check out.

Bedroom # 1: King size bed in a large spacious bedroom. Large walk in closet, LED full length mirror, dresser with led makeup mirror, adjustable stand up desk, ergonomic chair, independent split air conditioning cooling and heating unit, night stand on each side of the bed with USB charging ports and outlets, and large 50 inches TV with Apple TV.

Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, independent split air conditioning cooling and heating unit, night stand on each side of the bed with USB charging ports and outlets, large wardrobe closet, and a dresser.

Living Room: Large couch that converts into a double sized bed. Linen, Duvet, and pillows are stored in the closet, ready for use when you're ready to convert the sofa into a full size bed. Large 50" TV with Apple TV.

Snacks basket full of snacks for you to enjoy!

Kitchen: Brand new stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Microwave, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Quarts countertop, Keurig Coffee Machine, Toaster, Blender, Cookware, Bakeware, 30 Spices, Tea, Hot Water Kettle, Cups, Mugs, Plates, Bowls, utensils, and Zero Water Filtered Water.

Dining table with seating for 4 people. additional chairs are available in the apartment if you have more than 4 guests.

Bathroom: Spa shower, toilet bidet, LED vanity mirror, and Humidity sensing fan.

Entertainment: Both TV's have Apple TV connected which gives you access to live cable TV, Prime Videos, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and Apple TV+.

If you want to feel at home rather than in a hotel, then I recommend this wonderful place to stay. I lived here for two weeks and felt completely at home with all the comforts.

Perfect Location near NYC

We rented Mina’s place for a 4 day stay. It was comfortable, clean and inviting. Transit was VERY easy to access and having a garage to store our car in was great. We were able to make it into NYC and back every day with ease. Mina was VERY communicative and a great host. Would stay again.

Gadget House with Great Location!

My husband and I have stayed in many locations and this one takes the prize for the best equipped with many conveniences included. There were multiport charging stations at each ideal location from bedside to desk to dining table. There was a water filter in the fridge! The shower was an amazing contraption with energy efficient tankless water heating. Many lighted mirrors and a full LG washer/dryer in the unit. Two large screen TVs and internet connection to boost. There was even complimentary Kurig coffee pods and all the kitchen items needed for a temporary stay. To top it off, it came with dedicated parking and a very responsive property manager. Mina was great with readily available information, even late at night. We loved the location as it allowed us several options on getting into Manhattan as well as to easily go up state to visit the Appalachian Trail parks. The only thing to know is that this is the top level unit of a 4 unit apartment building. We didn’t mind the stairs up as it gave us a good work out. The neighborhood is generally quiet with a nice park within walking distance. There are also shops and a neighborhood market just a few blocks away. We also frequented the Costco Gas Station that was about a 10 minute drive away. In all, this was a great location for us, at a great price for something so close to Jersey and New York cities. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice place

This was a great place to stay. We took the train to New York, which took about an hour or so, but was simple to do. There was a great Toasty bagle place about 2-3 blocks away for an easy breakfast. The house was clean and well cared for. The property manager made themselves available for questions on getting around the area. Overall I would stay here again Great job!
