No smoking indoors or within 25 feet of the building. Smoke residue is extremely difficult to remove. Violations result in a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
No parties or events. Maximum 8 overnight guests as booked on your reservation. Unregistered overnight guests may result in additional fees.
No pets.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
Parking: Free street parking available in front of building DO NOT park in or block neighbor driveways on either side of the building. Driveways are monitored and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.
Please treat the space with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost, damaged, or stained items (linens, remotes, kitchenware) may incur replacement fees.
Before checkout: Wash dishes or start dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor bins (left when exiting building). Close all windows. Lock apartment door and scramble keypad code.
