Cottage a Baysville

“We had a great stay, the place was extremely clean and the perfect space for what we needed. The fire pit and chairs were a lovely place for us to sit and chat. Everything we needed for cooking was accessible and ready for us. The host was extremely easy to get in contact with, and very helpful. My only suggestion for future guests is to make note of the access code before arriving as there is spotty service before connecting to wifi (no fault of the hosts!). “Bathroom floors and vanity not clean, sheets on one bed seemed damp, back porch was not clean, many days not clean, sliding doors had cobwebs at all corners, no screen door here, steps from parking to door in very poor, dangerous condition, kayaks were not cleaned off and made ready for use. This cottage had not been made ready for guests. Concerned that vrbo is advertising for unkept property. We wasted time, money, dreams of a wonderful weekend ruined!!”

There was grill, which we used. Plenty of firewood to use the outdoor firepit, which we did, twice and...

“Place was absolutely fantastic. Would recommend to anyone. Place was perfectly clean and we had everything we needed! Thank you so much to Pierre!”

Here are the major issues we experienced: * Poor cleanliness: The property was dusty and dirty, including dirty dishes in the kitchen. * Safety concerns: The ceiling was falling apart, the stairs were broken,...
