Hotel vicino a Baytree National Golf Links - Melbourne

“Nel nostro soggiorno in USA abbiamo cambiato 4 hotel e questo è stato il migliore. Abbiamo anche allungato di un giorno la permanenza senza andare in un altro hotel vicino a DisneyWorld, preferendo fare 130 miglia andata e ritorno perchè ci ereâvamo trovati molto bene. E' nuovo, funzionale, pulito e soprattutto non puzza come tutti gli altri perchè non ha la moquette nei pavimenti. La colazione è varia con tutto quello che si puo' desiderare e le macchine del caffè e il tè o la camomilla sono...

“Room was clean, hotel was nice over all. There was a man at the front desk who found my husband’s wallet and tracked us down somewhere in the parking lot to hand it back to him. We’re so grateful for that, 10/10 would return here ”

“I suppose a moldy smell in our room because the AC dripped continuously wetting a large area under the window. Great location. This place just needs to be updated. The rooms are a nice size and there are good local amenities.”

“Rooms were clean and was nice to have all of the kitchen amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi strength was not very consistent.”

“Posizione ottima per accedere al Kennedy Space Center e alle spiagge dell'isola di Merrit. Economico sotto la media. Il proprietario e gentile, ospitale e da' utili informazioni . La stanza è molto spartana, con mobilio vecchia america.”

“Personale cordiale, ma per gli standard italiani non supera minimamente la sufficienza. Camera non pulita, pavimento bagno sporco. Colazione......lasciamo stare ..oltre al caffè non era presente niente .....”

“No one was available to check me in even though they offered late check in. Spent a hour waiting and calling there phone number that was listed for late check in but no one ever came out, answered the phone or even called back after leaving a voicemail. Will never use them again. ”

“Cleanliness was A+, updated inside and bedding was above typical “motel” quality. Staff was responsive and accommodating. Only negative,and it couldn’t be helped,was noise (close to road,railroad tracks), but they supplied ear plugs!”

“Super clean for as run down as the property is. Broken and rusty lamps, some mold on the ceiling. Toilet ran all night and leaked...had to keep a towel around it. Bed was comfortable, and, as I said, the room was very clean. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.”

“No shampoo. Door didn’t shut all the way and was hard to lock. Bathroom door unable to shut all the way.”
