“I stayed at this hotel many times. While the staff has always been wonderful, the conditions decline. The 2nd floor carpet is a trip hazard everywhere, it has come unstuck from the undersurface and bubbles up in many areas. Our first room of the night, 261, the toilet broke. They fixed it. Then the shower broke, oscillating between Luke warm and ice cold. I requested a new room, we moved to 251. The water was hot. The security lock was missing. Heating/ac units are rusty. “Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...

“Have stayed twice and the rooms are clean and beds are comfy with a memory foam topper. My stay this time was a bit tarnished, though. Friends booked a separate room for one night directly with the motel, but the booking system had a glitch/error. The motel system booked them for different dates, even though my friend's confirmation email from them was correct.
