“Very nice place to stay. Was quiet and convenient to the beach and shops and I enjoyed my stay.”

“The check in process was a bit frustrating as if any damages were incurred you would be a 100% responsible, for instance, the blinds. so, I pictured every bent blind, scratch, mark on the wall and sent them to frank our host. he acknowledged and said thanks. unfortunately, this weekend was a cold one. the unit was cold and average temp was like 65, unacceptable for me and my husband. even though the thermostat said 78, it was in the 60,s . the place was clean and everything was in order. will I...

“The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay! Very convenient location, right on the water, clean with recently renovated rooms. We went for a girls weekend and loved it! The only thing I can’t rave about was they had very poor water pressure, not sure if it was because we were on an end unit, but it was a trickle out of the shower head which can be a little difficult if you have a lot of hair, no hairdryer in room, and wish they had a full sized mirror in the room. Regardless I would definitely recommend staying there!...

“Struttura esternamente nuova, con parcheggio gratuito. Nelle foto avevo visto che c era la piscina, invece era in manutenzione. Le stanze carine ma il divano letto scomodo. Nel bagno c era la lavatrice ma era tutta arrugginita, quindi non l ho usata. Top la vista sul mare. Nei dintorni qualche ristorante ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. Nel complesso buono ma con quel prezzo avrei scelto altro”

“Hotel molto bello e confortevole. posizione ottima per visitare sanibel e captiva. Stanze nuove e pulite. Colazione variegata e abbondante. Piscina grande e riscaldata, con vasca idromassaggio molto calda.”

“Camera essenziale in un contesto di residence con piccola piscina. La camera era rumorosa ma essenziale. Sgarbato il personale del bar del complesso. Non si fanno capire e pretendono la mancia senza però corrispondere un servizio soddisfacente e soprattutto cortese. È vicino al mare per cui 5 minuti e si in acqua. Ristoranti pochi e male assortiti. C'è di meglio.”

“Clean and modern apartment and we stayed on first floor. Walking distance to beach with hot tub and pool. Not really walking distance to bars/restaurants so probably best to have a car. Worth the price.”
