 Tu e la tua famiglia adorerete assolutamente questa BAY FRONT Beach Home arredata in modo confortevole con grande terrazza e vista mozzafiato sul tramonto!

Questa proprietà è un'unità al 1 ° piano di un duplex con 3 camere da letto e 1,5 bagni per ogni piano. È una proprietà Bay Front che si trova a un solo isolato dalla Ocean Beach. Accesso alla baia e alla spiaggia molto facile. Per il vostro piacere e convenienza mettiamo a disposizione 4 badge da spiaggia (i bambini sotto i 12 anni sono gratuiti) e sedie a sdraio. Un kayak è disponibile per i nostri ospiti senza alcun costo aggiuntivo (condiviso da entrambi i piani) con facile accesso alla baia per il varo nel nostro cortile. La nostra spiaggia grande e rifornita ha un bagnino a tempo pieno in servizio durante l'alta stagione.

Cucina completamente attrezzata, TV a schermo piatto da 40 'e un comodo divano componibile ti faranno sentire come a casa. Due camere da letto hanno un letto queen size con materassi NUOVI di ALTA QUALITÀ e la terza camera ha un letto a castello twin-over-twin. Grill barbecue a gas. Cancelli sul ponte. Per favore, non fumare. Non sono fornite lenzuola / asciugamani. Lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano al piano inferiore nella zona garage.

Al momento della prenotazione è richiesto un deposito pari alla metà del periodo di noleggio, in quanto è un contratto firmato e il saldo del noleggio è dovuto un mese prima del check-in. Da sabato a sabato. Check in alle 15:00, check out alle 10:00.

A pochi passi da molti ristoranti (Daddy O è solo a poche strade di distanza - è un bel ristorante, famoso per i suoi happy hour :-)), gelateria e un posto per il pranzo DOM è molto vicino, negozio di liquori, negozio di alimentari e Negozi di articoli da regalo. Il golf in miniatura è disponibile a breve distanza. Attrezzatura da pesca, kayak, tavole da surf, moto d'acqua sono disponibili per l'affitto nelle vicinanze.

VIENI E GODITI mattine tranquille con albe gloriose, pomeriggi pieni di attività divertenti e piedi sabbiosi e la sera ti ritrovi a goderti la brezza serale morbida e calda e i tramonti assolutamente meravigliosi mentre riposi sulla sedia a sdraio con un bicchiere del tuo vino preferito. O cenare sul lungomare sul nostro grande ponte con vista sulla baia. Cosa può esserci di più rilassante?

My husband and I loved our stay at this lovely bayfront home. We especially liked that we were able to bring our dog with us. The house had everything we could want including a beautiful bayfront view watching the sun set while we sat on the deck. Bed was super comfortable. The door was a bit difficult to lock but if we had read the owners' instructions a little better we wouldn't have had to call them to show us how to lock it. Very short walk to the beach and would definitely recommend staying here

We had a fantastic stay in LBI! Our family of 4 had plenty of space and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us. The sunset views in the evening were absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved staying on the bay side of the island, with just a quick walk (<5 minutes) to the beach. The owners left very clear instructions for check in and check out and were easy to communicate with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy, the view of the bay magnificent! The unit itself was comfortable. They allow dogs and apparently renters before us must have a big shedder since we swept at least 3 times during the week and picked up dog hair EVERYTIME it was even in the door mat. The outdoor showers were great! We wished it wasn’t on the main street or in a neighborhood but the bay view made up for the lack of curb appeal. We would definitely stay there again.

Truly a nice property on the Bay. The deck was nice to have for Bay Sunsets however, some upgrades needed. Deck lock rusted. Front door very hard to lock. Not a bowl to be had for large servings. Bathroom towel bar was broken. On the bright side, Beds comfortable, great Cable and Streaming, great parking and not a far walk to the beach. The owners are lovely and they also provide beach badges which is a plus!!!

Everything was exactly as expected. Check in was simple. We loved being able to bring our dog. The living room was nice and cozy, the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed when sometimes rentals have very little. The location of the rental is great with bay access, and then also only about a block from the beach. Sunsets from the deck were even better than the pictures in the listing! We hope to stay again!

The view was perfectly beautiful. We enjoyed all the different weather types we experienced while we were there. The house had everything we needed and then some. The thoughtfulness and care of the owners is clear with all the personal touches. We will happily be back when it gets warmer!

We would like to thank you for our stay, everything was just as described. Unfortunately we caught a crappy weather week, and a lot of places were closed, so we ended up leaving a day earlier. Loved how everything was so close to home and view in back was awesome!!! Thanks again!!

This rental was perfect for our vacation. It was clean and lovely with a gorgeous view of the bay. The owners were extremely nice and their responses to my several questions and schedule changes were immediate and amenable. I highly recommend this place!

Great response time from owner and she answered all of my questions with patience. Beautiful sunsets and view of bay. Nice deck, helped to have the extra space for sitting outside. Nice access to bay, awesome to have a kayak included in the stay. Loved the outdoor shower. Washer and dryer were nicer than expected. A previous reviewer said the ceiling was low. However, the ceilings in the garage are high, it is just that the washer and dryer and built up for storm surge, obviously important. I needed to bend down to put clothes in washer but it was not a big deal. I was happy to be able to wash wet towels and bathing suits. The king bed in the 1st floor unit was very comfortable. Would have liked to see a glass mixing bowl, measuring cups and more cereal sized bowls in the kitchen. Air conditioner was great. Noise from the street was loud the first night, but we got used to it. The outdoor setting in the back of the house was worth it!

The apartment is a nice size, well laid out and very comfortable for our family. The house is has everything you need. I’m going to buy some of the games we enjoyed playing. The kayak was fun too.The porch is wonderful and perfect for sitting at all times of day. Really close to the ocean too.

We had a lovely week in this first floor unit. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The spotless ocean beach is only a short walk away. The deck is AMAZING, very comfortable with beautiful views of the bay. The kitchen is very well stocked with any utensils/dishes you might need during your stay. The a/c works great. There were a couple of maintenance issues (holes in many of the screens, etc.) and I would very much recommend curtains that block more light. Also, if you are picky about blankets and pillows, bring your own. (The unit has decent pillows but they are older, and only a coverlet on each bed.) Thanks for a lovely visit!!

Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located on the island. Bedrooms are good sized, walk to beach was a breeze, plenty of parking and the deck provides great privacy on the back of the house overlooking the bay. Pet friendly was important to us and it was very convenient that the deck has a gate at the top of the stairs that locks. Loved it, just wish the weather had cooperated!

The house was very conveniently located. It was neat and comfortable. If I had any complaint it would be that when I got there I had to buy a hair dryer. (I have never stayed anywhere where one was not furnished) I should have paid more attention. Also, no linens were furnished. To bring beach towels, bath towels, sheets for 3 different size beds is a little inconvenient. However, I used LBI Dreamakers, and they wound up saving me the headache. (at an extra fee of course) All in all, it was a very nice place, and the sunset over the bay was awesome. The landlord was a pleasure to deal with.
