Sorry you felt a bit left out - that is not our intention at all! The room you booked "Economy Room, 1 King Bed, Annex Building (Ocean Breeze)" have all the same amenities as our other rooms just not the view. Next time take a look at our Oceanfront or Ocean Spray rooms! Safe Travels

We are 1 hotel with several buildings - I apologize for the confusion as the room you booked did say: Economy Room, 1 King Bed, Annex Building (Ocean Breeze). I did work with you and discounted the difference with you for the upgrade to our Oceanfront room (65%). Safe travels in the future

We are sorry you were not happy with your economy room in our annex building when you stayed with us in November of 2023.We have been and will continue to upgrade and refresh our rooms as well as the property in general. One of thee reasons we are currently closed until April 5th.

I would love to share them with my team so we can ensure that we address them moving forward - I will apologize for any confusion with the room type you booked through Expedia and for the fact that since we were sold out we were unable to move you to the room type that you had thought you booked. Sorry you were not happy with your stay. We have been and will continue t upgrade our rooms and property here. Some of our rooms may be older but they are not dirty and we practice a rigorous cleaning and disinfecting regiment after every check out.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. We attempted to contact you several times regarding the change in lobby hours for the holiday by phone, email and through Expedia. Sorry about any confusion regarding the sign in sheet in your packet - it was with the map and our policy sheet. As for the smoking charge there is a reason hotels charge for guests smoking in the room as it is not fair to the incoming reservations to have to deal with the lingering smell. You were not actually charged for this but we were required to notify you.

Thank you for your feedback - glad you enjoyed your stay. I will absolutely follows up with my executive housekeeper on the blanket situation as it is policy to have an extra in the closet for guests as it gets chillier.

As you were in our economy annex building I would suggest you experience one of the rooms in our main buildings- either the Ocean Spray or for the best experience the Ocean Front with a panoramic view of the beach and ocean right from your balcony. Since you were in our Economy Annex building I would suggest trying out one of our main buildings- either the ocean spray or even better- the ocean front! As for the A/C, the "through the wall' units are constantly being upgraded to newer models and we appreciate your understanding on this. Thank you for taking the time to let us know
