“There is little soundproofing between rooms and every step can be heard from the room upstairs and next to us. We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them. “The room we had was not one of the renovated rooms, it smelled like old cigarettes. Our friends had a room that was redone and didn’t notice the smell. Otherwise, the hotel was reasonably priced, in a great location, and had a great restaurant on site!”

Only disappointment was breakfast time was different than what is listed both here and on their website. We had to leave before breakfast started which made the value a little less.
