“Ice maker broke, no hot water for tea, downstairs bathroom not functioning, room not clean. First and last time at a Spark Hilton.”

“The carpet was sticky, the refrigerator door squeaked loudly and occasionally had to be left open, the bedsheets had blood stains on them, and hot water was inconsistent. At times, I had to wait 10–20 minutes for hot water to become available. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations.”

“When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.”

“Older motel with updated decor. Clean room and all the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Staffs are wonderful and friendly. Close to Main Street and has shuttle bus to drop off and pick up which was very helpful and convenient. There’s a pool which is great for kids and adults. Also breakfast is included. Overall, we loved our stay.”

“Seemed kind of run down but we had no other options. Spend the extra $ and at least go to Hampton inn, if beach is t that important. Very hard beds, no extra pillows for the hard bed”
