“The room was clean and well cared for. The AC kept it cool which was a relief after a hot day. The fact everything in downtown Ybor was within walking distance was cool and the cute free roaming chickens nearby made waking up in the morning to roosters crowing a fun experience. However this location does have additional charges beyond the room charge. There is a charge to keep a car on the property overnight and a charge for breakfast each morning. Be prepared to spend an additional $30+ a day...

“The owner was extremely accommodating! She and her pup were great company. She even let me check in a tiny bit early and drove me to the airport due to losing my phone during the trip! 100% recommend staying here, what could have been a horrible stay due to being phoneless worked out great thanks to Kim!”
