“If they ask you about a room preference, tell them you prefer to not be at the other end of the resort from all the activities, that was the only downfall was being far away from the pool, bar/restaurant and lobby”

“I was extremely pleased with my stay. When I arrived the check-in was great. The young lady at the desk, named Nebraska was very pleasant. She said "I see you booked a Standard room with a King bed, but we don't have one available, would you mind if I upgraded you to a Suite at no extra charge?" I told her I absolutely would not mind.
