Non era a buffet, il menù a la carte era molto limitato ed inoltre erroneamente ci hanno fatto pagare la colazione del secondo giorno per 4 persone. 2) la piscina non era completamente aperta. 3) procedure di check out e pagamento poco trasparenti”

“Unfortunately, our stay was not up to par with our previous experience. Just to name a few things we experienced during our stay will be, dirty towels, uncleaned carpet and in room amenities. The worst of them all was the rooms of the hotel did not allow the A/C to be on while we are not in the room. Everytime we went back into the room after a long day at Disney the room was over 75 degrees, very hot, very muggy, very disappointing. The room will then take 2 hours to just reach 72 degrees which...

“Some of the USB charge ports were not working in the room. Elevators were consistently out of order. Bathroom door didn't lock.”
