We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place. “Smelled of mold, so badly I couldn’t breathe well. Manager said “no problem” we will give the refund. Contact hours are from 12am-2pm. They never responded to Expedia’s attempts to refund my stay. My credit card refunded my stay, instead.”

“My stay at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Two major issues made the experience unacceptable and neither the hotel nor Expedia handled the situation professionally. First, on the very first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking at an indecent hour (11:30pm). I contacted reception twice, only to be told the dog had been left unattended, despite the hotel’s own policy clearly stating that animals must not be left alone.
