“ Pennylane hotel is a great place to stay in lower tapovan, great location, close to the cafes, restaurants, markets and the ghat, ganga river. What made it even more great, it is located in a quiet street away from the busy loud road. The rooms are clean and spacious, with Mountain views. We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place.
