“It is a beautiful building. They definitely were not lying about the amount of stairs. The room was on the smaller side but that was to be expected with an older house. Each room had its own bathroom and the only complaints I would have would be the lack of hot water on our last morning. Most days you just had to run the water a bit to get hot water to the top floor but our last day was a cold shower.”

“Check-in staff was very welcoming and the stay included a gift of chocolates and one of their brews. Complimentary parking and easy access to walking trails is a huge plus. Room is located in a heritage house. Our room was on the main floor and sound does travel from hallways and upper floors, but it did not affect our enjoyment. The bed was quite comfortable and room was clean. It would have been nice to have an electrical outlet in the bathroom, or a mirror in the main room near an outlet. A...

“Did not get value for my money. Extremely overpriced for a regular, view restricted room. They were not ready for 3 in the room which we had booked and we needed extra coffee, mugs and robes.”

“Amazing stay. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We stayed in the Chelsea room. Amazing breakfast each morning, endless 24hr coffee and baked goods, and beautiful location. We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect.”
