“All private rooms face a high traffic and noisy street, actually it is near the start of the highway/bridge that crosses the lake to West Kelowna. Room, mattress and bathrooms lack proper maintenance, all look worn out by years of use. Room air conditioner just circulate air, no cooling. Communal kitchen is well equipped.”

“People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back”

“Hosts Suzanne & Paul were so friendly and professional. They provided a 5 star hotel experience with personal touches that make you feel like you’ve arrived home. If you want to be just outside the hustle of the city this is the place to stay, Cold beverages and conversation were a great start to our evening.
