“Luxurious comfy apartment in the heart of the delightful small town. Fully equipped with everything youll need. Never any trouble parking directly opposite the property, though it was outside of peak period. My only complaint is local takeaways not staying open long enough. ”

Les déjeuners y sont complets et copieux et leur programme Green qui permet d’avoir une consommation par jour si on ne demande pas le service de nettoyage vaut le coup. Notre chambre était petite et au 3ème étage. Ça peut être un défi avec les bagages. Le plus gros inconvénient était de n’avoir aucun crochet dans la chambre ou même dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes. Cet aspect serait à améliorer…”

“Fantastic location overlooking the lake, good walks on the doorstep and into Ambleside itself. Staff are an absolute credit to the company. Food was really great. A super dog friendly place, which was lovely and there was also a dog free zone for those that preferred. Onsite parking (can get busy but there is a public car park right next door if needed). Lovely room. Nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This hotel was in the heart of Bowness and Windermere. The staff on the whole were fantastic and friendly. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable with a brilliant view of the lake. Breakfast was as expected for £15 ”

“Very nice hotel, all the staff we dealt with were very polite and friendly. The cooked breakfast was cooked fresh, we had one evening meal which was very nice. The only downside was that the Spa was being renovated, I would definitely use this hotel again.”
